Nicole Saadatirad is an Intake Clinician and postdoctoral fellow specializing in evidence-based treatment for addiction and trauma. She received her degree from Alliant International University, San Diego, and has worked in a variety of settings, including inpatient treatment facilities for substance use and co-occurring disorders, forensic sites for domestic violence and trauma, as well as college counseling centers. Nicole completed her predoctoral clinical internship at Baylor University Counseling Center in Waco, Texas, with a training emphasis on Interpersonal Process Therapy. She is passionate about helping individuals address struggles with substance use, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties. Nicole utilizes an integrative approach, incorporating brief psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, motivational, and ACT interventions. Special interests include the role and impact of spirituality/faith for individuals in their recovery process, as well as healing from psychological and emotional abuse.
