Dr. Daly is a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of clinical experience. After receiving a Master’s degree at Pratt Institute, she worked eight years as a creative arts therapist using movement, yoga, and mindfulness in addiction and psychiatric settings. She received her doctorate in clinical psychology from Long Island University (LIU), Brooklyn, where she serves as a Special Adjunct Clinical Supervisor. She worked in addiction treatment at Bellevue Hospital Center and in psychiatry at NY Presbyterian Weill Cornell. Dr. Daly had advanced training at Beth Israel Hospital, Gouverneur Hospital, and The Institute for Psychoanalytic Therapy and Research (IPTAR). She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Kings County Hospital Center. She trained at Integral Yoga Institute and studied LifeForce Yoga with Amy Weintraub, author of Yoga for Depression. Dr. Daly completed an EMDRIA-approved training in EMDR with Laurel Parenell, PhD in 2020, and is a certified EMDR practitioner and Consultant-in-Training.
